Privacy policy
How we look after any information you share with us. Plain English, as ever.

Who we are
Frond ("we", "us") is a marketing and brand studio based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, run by Joe and Amy. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, email us at joe@frond.marketing.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you fill in our contact form, that's your:
- Name
- Email address
- The details you tell us about your business and enquiry
- Whether you've opted in to occasional tips by email
We don't ask for anything we don't need, and we never buy or sell personal data.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Reply to your enquiry and talk through how we might help
- Send you the occasional helpful tip — but only if you ticked the box, and you can unsubscribe any time
Legal basis
Where you contact us, we process your information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Where we send marketing tips, we do so on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw whenever you like.
Who handles it
Our contact form is delivered through Formspree, which forwards your message to us by email. Your enquiry is also stored in our email account so we can reply and keep a record of our conversation. These providers process your data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Cookies & analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit the site and which pages are useful — it helps us improve. This sets a small number of cookies on your device and collects anonymised usage data (such as approximate location and the pages you view); it does not identify you personally, and we don't use any advertising cookies. Google processes this data on our behalf — see Google's privacy policy. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we're in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you get back in touch. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To do any of these, email joe@frond.marketing. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. The latest version will always live on this page.
